Uh, mine either for 30 yrs. Hood all the way. $425. month for the the last 3 yrs. Before that $350., that’s why I stayed and why I fought a garage door for 10.

thats 1 mile from me. Anywhere in the hood is a long drive no way you could operate out of it, traffic and all.

just the NNN is such rape, $5/sqft x 1300 sqft.... just for parking lot maintenance, landscaping, utilities, etc.

I got lucky getting 1.5 acres here 4 years ago before the market went totally insane, could never afford it now
