It’s not about the newest prespray.
It’s not the fanciest truckmount.
It’s not the latest CRM.
It’s the boring stuff.
Done better and more consistently than anyone else.
  • Every call answered
  • Every customer followed up with
  • Every inquiry replied to within minutes
  • Every email campaign A/B split tested
  • Every day showing up and doing it again
Success isn’t sexy.
It’s repeatable.
It’s predictable.
It’s boring.
And it works!!!

What’s the one “boring” task you do daily that actually moves the needle?

If you can afford to do it correctly, you'll go about it in an opposite direction than 99% of us did..

Get educated
Get connected
Get equipped
Get customers

Almost guaranteed success in that order if you have all of these natural born inherent qualities:

Great soft skills and pleasant to be around.
Handyman/tool skills.
Driven and ambitious.
A certain level of fitness.
Naturally curious.
Overflowing with gumption.
Outgoing and braver than average.
A level of morality and honesty that goes far beyond being caught by the IRS or the maid.
Community/social involvement.
Adaptable to change, now more than ever.

You'll also need at least 100k to get fully and properly equipped.
As well as a wife, parent or partner who can pay the bills and then some for the first five years while you grow your reputation and pay for your start up fees and dues.

Every community has a certain percentage of floor owners who will pay to have them cleaned. Is there room in your area for another?

The amount of the above listed qualifies that you possess will dictate your market share. The more you were blessed with, the higher the caliber of the client base that will naturally develop for and around you as your skill set, and reputation grows.

Be aware, most of us cleaners go into this because we're unhireable and the entry cost can be extremely low.

and most of our industry never makes much more than minimum wage, with no benefits....

Do a soul search, go with someone else for a few months to see if you like the daily mental and physical requirements, and seek proper funding if all things click..

oh, and learn how to clean all flooring and fabric types, repair or restore the types you like working with the best, and find a niche that makes you different.
